Before the “CCOG” team begins the on-site portion of the assessment, we work with our client’s team to gather the advance documents and information we need to maximize the effectiveness of our assessment. We have found that if our team has a solid knowledge of the call center’s culture, performance, players and more, they will have the context and advanced intelligence they need to ensure success.
The on-site portion of a “CCOG” Operational Assessment is designed to gather a large amount of information in a short period of time. Our goal when on-site, is to “talk” to everyone in the operation that drives performance. The on-site portion of the assessment consists of individual interviews, focus groups and meetings as well as reporting and documentation reviews. We will leave no stone unturned as we assess the current state of the operation. In order to maximize our client’s performance, we need to have a deep and holistic understanding of every aspect of the operation.
After the on-site portion of the assessment is complete, the “CCOG” team will build a comprehensive Operations Playbook, tailored to our client’s needs and goals. Our client’s Operations Playbook will provides a powerful vehicle to record and organize all of the information gathered from the assessment.
